This policy explains how Dariusz Motyka (“we”) handles personal data in connection with dariuszmotyka.com (“the Site”).

Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Purchases: when you buy a product, the transaction is handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which collects your name, email and payment details to process the sale, deliver the product, handle tax and prevent fraud. We receive limited order information (such as your name, email and what you bought) to fulfil and support your order. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Email sign-ups (if you opt in): if you request a free resource or newsletter, we collect your email address to send it and, where you have consented, occasional related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Site analytics: the Site does not use any analytics or tracking cookies and we do not run any third-party tracking. See the Cookies section below.

Legal bases

We process data to perform our contract with you (your purchase), with your consent (marketing emails), and for our legitimate interests (running and improving the Site and preventing fraud).

• Lemon Squeezy — payments, tax and delivery.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
