Digital products and your cancellation rights
Our products are digital downloads supplied immediately. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel — but for digital content that begins downloading immediately, you agree to waive that 14-day cancellation right at the point of purchase, which allows us to give you instant access. You will be asked to acknowledge this at checkout.
When we will give a refund
Because the product is delivered instantly and can be copied, we generally do not offer refunds once the file has been accessed. However, we will always put things right where:
- you were charged in error or charged more than once;
- the download link did not work and we could not provide access; or
- the product was materially not as described.
In these cases, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will arrange a repair, replacement download, or refund as appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How refunds are handled
Payments and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 10 working days.
